We currently ship to the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are working to expand our delivery options in the future.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that during periods of high demand, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
